Painter

What will be your job:

- Prepare the substrate and paint.
- Painted by wet painting, oiling, staining and high gloss.
- Paint by hand with low and high pressure guns.
- You will also work with the paint wall and the booth.
- You will be varnishing mainly wood used for interiors.
- You will be working with a paint machine.

How we imagine you:

- You have a teaching certificate in the field.
- Do you already have experience with wood preparation and varnishing, or do you want to learn?
- You are responsible.
- You can work independently and in a team.
- You are communicative and when something is not clear, you have no problem to ask.
- You know how to read drawings and can navigate through them without any problems.

Product Manager

We are looking for a member to join our team who will take on an important role in the preparation of our orders.

What will be your job:

- Prepare technical documents and specifications for custom manufacturing (furniture, metal, wood, interiors).

- Communicating with production teams, shop floor and external suppliers - you will be a key technical link.

- Collaborate with the project manager to design a solution and look for the most effective path to implementation.

- Check the feasibility of technical designs and supervise their correct implementation in production.

- Participate in technical discussions with customers - you will explain, propose and advocate technical solutions.

How we see you:

- You are familiar with technical drawings and know your way around materials such as metal and wood.

- You have experience in a bespoke manufacturing or product management environment - ideally in furniture, interiors, retail construction or similar industry.

- You can work independently, finish things and keep deadlines under control.

Woodworking calculator

We are looking for a new member of our team to take responsibility for costing exclusively wooden parts of interior orders - from furniture and tiles to atypical production. You will see the whole project in context, but Your main domain will be wood, material and production process.

This position is also suitable for an experienced joiner/joiner who wants to move away from the workshop and into the office.

🛠 What you will do with us:

Calculation of woodworking for interiors

- Acceptance and checking of order documents (drawings, visualizations, technical specifications).

- Calculation of material consumption and material costs (DTD, MDF, solid wood, plywood, veneers, HPL, etc.).

- Calculation of the workload of individual operations (cutting, gluing, CNC, surface treatment, assembly).

- Incorporation of overheads, transport and margin.

- Creating quotations for clients and internal needs.

Communication with colleagues across the company

- Close communication with the sales department in specifying client requirements.

- Consultation with designers and production on technical solutions.

- Cooperation with the project team.

- Cooperation and sharing know-how with other calculators.

- Regular meetings on the progress of the contract.

What we expect from you:

· High school degree in a technical field (ideally woodworking, furniture, construction) or experience in woodworking/joinery.

- Knowledge of materials used in woodworking (particleboard, MDF, solid wood, finishes, etc.).

- Orientation in drawing documentation (technical drawings, construction details).

- Experience in creating budgets, costing and BOMs.

- Excel (advanced work with tables, formulas, calculations).

Designer and order preparer (wood)

To the team HAST GROUP we are looking for a colleague who will be responsible for the technical preparation of interior orders. You will be working with technical documentation, preparing documents for production and working closely with colleagues across the company.

If you have experience in woodworking, are familiar with drawings and enjoy finding functional technical solutions, get in touch

🛠 What will be your job:

Technical preparation of orders

- Conversion of the client's assignment into a technical solution.

- Preparation of bases for the production of interior elements (furniture, tiles, atypical wooden parts).

- Checking the technical feasibility of the proposed solutions.

Technical documentation

- Creation and modification of technical drawings of interior elements.

· Work in IMOS (technical drawings, bills of materials, production documents).

- Updating documentation according to changes in the project.

Collaboration across the company

- Close cooperation with the project department in specifying the assignment.

- Consultation with production on the feasibility of the solution.

- Participation in procurement meetings.

How we imagine you:

- Technical high school.

- Experience in interior or woodworking.

- Excellent knowledge of technical and production drawings.

- Experience in preparing production documents and BOMs.

- Knowledge of IMOS (or willingness to quickly learn how to use it).

- Knowledge of CAD programs (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, etc.) an advantage.

- Good knowledge of Excel (basic to advanced).

- Diligence, independence and a desire to improve things.
